About
I’m a middle-aged gay man with a doctoral degree in marine science who has spent many years working as a seabird ecologist on various remote islands, mostly the Farallon Islands off the coast of California. I enjoy building things, attempting art, photography, any recreational activity that involves being on or in the ocean (expect scuba diving, just seems a bit too risky), adventuring with my husband Casey and dog Noosa, and most recently a fascination with garden design and plants.
